Relationship Associate - Bancassurance

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in relationship building and sales within the banking or financial sector.


• Strong knowledge of investment products, including mutual funds, insurance, and other financial instruments.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex financial data and provide effective solutions.


• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
