Description
As a PLM Support - Teamcenter, your role will involve providing hands-on support for ongoing and future Teamcenter functionalities. Your responsibilities will include: - Having hands-on experience in Teamcenter support - Demonstrating good knowledge of Teamcenter modules such as Structure manager, Bom Management, Workflow, Access management, Classification, etc. - Providing support for Teamcenter Install/Upgrade and Business configuration - Integrating and supporting CAD software such as NX, Catia, and Creo - Optimizing system architectural elements like FMSFSC, Pool Manager server, Webserver, Client distribution - Monitoring the system regularly to ensure Teamcenter service availability and automating the service - Configuring and customizing Teamcenter PLM based on solution design documents - Providing L2/L3 level support to resolve production issues - Having a conceptual understanding of BOM Management (Including Variant/Options), CAD data Management, document management, and change control areas of the PLM system - Having Teamcenter Functional Knowledge - Troubleshooting and resolving problems effectively Additionally, your professional skills will include: - Teamcenter Administration/configuration and support - Working knowledge of any incident management system - Scripting knowledge It is expected that you are eager and willing to enhance your self-knowledge and skills to excel in this role.
