As a PLM Support - Teamcenter, you will utilize your 4 to 6 years of experience to provide hands-on support for Teamcenter functionalities in locations like Pune and Bangalore. Your responsibilities will include optimizing system architecture elements, integrating and supporting CAD systems like NX, Catia, and Creo, and monitoring the system regularly to ensure seamless Teamcenter service. You should possess good functional experience in Teamcenter Install/Upgrade and Business configuration, along with a deep understanding of Teamcenter modules such as Structure manager, Bom Management, Workflow, Access management, and Classification. Your role will involve configuring and customizing Teamcenter PLM based on solution design documents, as well as providing L2/L3 level support to resolve production issues. In addition, you are expected to have a conceptual understanding of BOM Management, CAD data Management, document management, and change control areas of the PLM system. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently will be crucial in this role. On a professional level, you should have experience in Teamcenter administration/configuration and support, as well as working knowledge of incident management systems and scripting.
