Job Description

As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, your role will involve preparing and submitting regulatory reports for financial products, analyzing data for compliance, collaborating with internal teams for accurate reporting, identifying operational efficiency opportunities, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. You will be working in a fast-paced environment across international borders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and submit regulatory reports for financial products. - Review and analyze data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. - Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency. - Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to clarify data and reporting requirements. - Work in a shift from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Finance, CFA, or FRM (preferred). - 1 to 4 years of experience in the financial industry, specifically in regulatory reporting. - Basic understanding of financial products, including derivatives. - Strong Excel skills (VBA knowledge is a plus). - Excellent communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.
