Responsible for achieving production target, within the quality norms to meet all production plans & delivery schedule Has to handle Operations related activities including product identification, New product launches in manufacturing & packing, development, production planning, goal achievements, Budget Control, manpower management, administration, maintenance & other requirement of the plant, plant & machinery maintenance You will also handle all Domestic / International Audits, Documentation, Training and Compliances and would implement and monitor WHO, USFDA, MHRA, GMP and such other improvement initiatives and motivate/mentor all the employees, at all levels.
