Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Diagnose and treat patients across various medical conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in clinical decision-making.
Develop, implement, and adjust individualised treatment plans.
Oversee patient registration and appointment scheduling.
Verify insurance details and manage accurate documentation.
Ensure thorough maintenance and confidentiality of medical records.
Actively engage in the teaching of medical students and junior doctors.
Supervise junior medical staff and provide feedback on clinical performance.
Assist in surgical procedures when required.
Monitor and manage patients before and after surgery, ensuring continuity of care.
Respond swiftly to medical emergencies.
Participate in the assessment and management of critically ill patients.
Maintain clear and compassionate communication with patients and their families.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated patient care.
Participate in planning safe and efficient patient discharge.
Coordinate follow-up care and outpatient referrals as necessary.
Ensure all medical documentation meets legal, ethical, and institutional standards.
Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection protocols
