Role Overview: You are required to work as a Residential Nurse on the night shift in a non-clinical, non-hospital setting at a hostel where children are under the care of residential wardens. Your role will primarily focus on pediatric care, providing non-clinical assistance to children who may be unwell with fever or other non-critical issues. Accommodation and food will be provided by the institution. Key Responsibility: - Conduct 2 or 3 rounds during the night to monitor children, especially those who are unwell. - Transport children to the hospital when necessary and monitor them during their recovery. - Educate children on hygiene and health practices to promote healthy habits. - Attend to hospitalized children during night shifts. - Administer prescribed medication. - Assist with daily activities to ensure the comfort and well-being of the children. Qualification Required: - Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent) in nursing. - Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting. - Licensure as a registered nurse. - Fluency in spoken and written Tamil. - General Nursing and Midwifery/Assistant Nursing and Midwifery/BSc Nursing Work. Additional Details: Candidates with residential experience are preferred. The maximum age limit for candidates is 55 years. The job type is full-time, and benefits include provided food.
