Role Overview: As a Residential Nurse working the Night Shift in a non-clinical, non-hospital setting, your primary role will be to provide pediatric care to children under the care of residential wardens. You will be responsible for conducting 2 or 3 rounds during the night to monitor children, especially those who are unwell with fever or other non-critical issues. Additionally, you will need to take children to the hospital when necessary, monitor them during their recovery, educate children on hygiene, health, and help them develop healthy self-care habits. You will also attend to hospitalized children during night shifts, administer prescribed medication, and assist with daily activities to ensure the comfort and well-being of the children.
