Registered Nurse (Full Time)

About the Role

Solacia Home Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for live-in home care positions. The nurse will stay at the patient’s residence (24/7) and provide personalized, high-quality clinical nursing care at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide round-the-clock nursing care to patients at home.
• Perform both basic and advanced clinical nursing duties, including:
• Ryle’s Tube Feeding
• Tracheostomy Care and Handling
• Colostomy / PEG Tube Management
• IV Line and Medication Administration
• Catheter Care and Wound Dressing
• Monitoring of vital signs (BP, pulse, SpO₂, temperature)
• Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and safety at all times.
• Update family members and Solacia supervisors on the patient’s health status.
• Follow medical instructions accurately and maintain all nursing records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Mandatory)
• License: Valid Registration with State Nursing Council (RN/RM)
• Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers welcome; experienced candidates preferred)
• Availability:
• Must be willing to stay at the client’s place 24/7
• Must be available to work all days of the month as per schedule
• Should be flexible to work at any client location assigned by Solacia
