About the Role Solacia Home Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for live-in home care positions. The nurse will stay at the patient’s residence (24/7) and provide personalized, high-quality clinical nursing care at home. Key Responsibilities Provide round-the-clock nursing care to patients at home. Perform both basic and advanced clinical nursing duties , including: Ryle’s Tube Feeding Tracheostomy Care and Handling Colostomy / PEG Tube Management IV Line and Medication Administration Catheter Care and Wound Dressing Monitoring of vital signs (BP, pulse, SpO₂, temperature) Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and safety at all times. Update family members and Solacia supervisors on the patient’s health status. Follow medical instructions accurately and maintain all nursing records.
