Job Summary:

Care and Cure Home Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a home healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients at home, including medication administration, wound care, injections, and vital sign monitoring.
• Assist in post-hospitalization care, elderly care, palliative care, and chronic disease management.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team.
• Perform basic medical procedures such as catheterization, tracheostomy care, and IV therapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatments, and health management.
• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families, ensuring a compassionate and professional approach.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid Kerala Nursing Council Registration.
• 1-3 years of experience in a hospital or home healthcare setting (freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply).
• Proficiency in patient assessment, emergency response, and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple patients efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Trivandrum for home visits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
