Regional Sales Manager (Mumbai)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our business in Western India. The incumbent will play a critical role in driving sales, developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue and profitability targets in this strategically important region.

This role demands a dynamic leader with strong B2B sales expertise, excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to align regional sales initiatives with the company growth strategy.

Education:

1. Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Metallurgical preferred).
2. MBA in Marketing is highly desirable.

Experience:

• 1.10-15 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on Automotive, Off-Highway Equipment, Defense, Railways, and Oil & Gas industries.
• 2.Proven expertise in managing regional sales operations and achieving growth targets.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Expertise in Key Account Management (KAM), including building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
2. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret market trends and customer needs.
5. Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for sales forecasting.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
