Regional Sales Manager FMCG

As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for managing sales through the development of Zone/State/Region wise business plans. Your primary focus will be to maximize the penetration of the company's products and ensure profitability. This will involve negotiating and finalizing agreements with distributors, super stockists, dealers, and business associate companies. In addition to driving sales, you will play a key role in enhancing the skills and product knowledge of your sales team by delivering training sessions. Collaborating with the Brand Manager, you will be involved in the launch of new products and ensuring a smooth coordination process. Your role will also include accountability for reporting on the team's targets, revenue generation, and expense control. With your strong background in account management, sales, and overall management, you will bring valuable experience to this position. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
