Regional Manager

Job Title: Regional Manager Microfinance

Department

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the microfinance business for upto 25-30 branches in North India. Key responsibilities would comprise formulating and executing the overall business plan, recruiting and training the business team, delivering the required business, productivity, collections and profitability targets. The Regional Manager shall have direct responsibility to ensure that overall portfolio quality is maintained at the highest level by ensuring adherence to policies and processes.

Should be able to handle portfolio of 80-100 crs. And team size of 100-125 employees.

Qualifications

• Education

  : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience

  :
• 10+ years of experience in microfinance, financial services, or banking.
• Should have handled around 80–100 crs portfolio, 100-125 employee strength and 25-30 branches
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth within a region.

• Technical Skills

  : Proficiency in MS Office, experience with CRM systems, and knowledge of microfinance products and services.

• Soft Skills

  : Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
