Job Description

Lead and manage the recovery & collection operations for used two-wheeler loans across the assigned region.
Supervise and monitor a team of collection executives and field officers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly recovery targets, including resolution of delinquent accounts.
Ensure field visits, tele-calling follow-ups, and legal recovery processes are executed efficiently.
Identify and escalate high-risk accounts for legal action or settlement as per policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
