Job Description

1.Follow up with customers on a daily basis and collect the due amount from them 2. Ensure to achieve the collection targets set by the ACM 3. Ensure we visit minimum 5 customers in a day and make 10 calls a day from the list of cases assigned. 3. To directly meet co-applicants/Guarantors of customers who do not respond to our calls /visits 4. To ensure 100% touch base in BKT 3 cases. 5. All BKT 3 and above cases should be directly visited by the collection executive, for payment, feedback of these cases should be shared with ACM on a daily basis 6. Negotiate for settlement with customers lying in the NPA Pool. Need to ensure we do at least 3 settlements in a month 7. Should try to Normalize or roll back customers lying in NPA pool 8. To submit daily /weekly /monthly feedback of the customer visits to ACM 9. To provide feedback of the cases which we need to move legally 10. To conduct joint visits along with ACM for hard buckets cases. 11. Should share current location/GPS of visited customers in CCRD whatsup group and need feedback of the member. 12. Prepare and send daily report of customers visited in CCRD whatsup group. 13. Should submit your TA form enclosed your feedback of visited members in weekly basis. 14.Base target should be achieving for eligibility of collection incentive, base target is 10% of the overdue amount of allotted accounts or Fixed by the Head CCRD Dept. If collection below base target, Or below the target Fixed By CCRD Dept they are not eligible for incentive.
