As a Quality Assurance Executive for microfinance branches, your role involves conducting structured and periodic investigations in your allocated region to ensure process adherence. You will be responsible for gathering field intelligence and customer insights from a team of quality assurance executives and acting as the quality custodian across branches in your region. This includes deep diving into various reports and analytics to suggest corrective actions to the business team.
