Regional HR Business Partner

As a Human Resources professional in this role, you will be responsible for various key areas to support the organization in achieving its business goals: - Collaborate closely with the HRBP Lead and functional leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee motivation and align people strategies with business objectives. - Integrate organizational values into employee experiences and processes throughout the employee lifecycle. - Supervise the annual performance appraisal process to ensure it is conducted in a timely manner and in alignment with business goals. - Facilitate employee engagement forums like town halls, skip-level meetings, and focus group discussions to strengthen the connection between employees and leadership. - Work with regional HR teams to analyze workforce trends and develop data-driven solutions, programs, and policies. - Collaborate with functional leaders to plan, forecast, and cultivate a robust talent pipeline, both internally and externally. - Identify and lead upskilling, reskilling, and cross-skilling initiatives through various learning programs. - Ensure smooth HR processes throughout the employee journey, including onboarding, grievance resolution, performance management, rewards & recognition, employee satisfaction surveys, and exit interviews. The company is looking for a candidate who holds a Bachelor's degree and has at least 1 year of experience in the field of Human Resources. The work location for this role is in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, and it requires in-person attendance during day shifts. This position is a full-time, permanent role.,
