As a Regional Category Expert at LEAD, you will play a pivotal role in driving the mission of delivering excellent education to every child in the region. Your main responsibilities will include leading school acquisition and partnership efforts, ensuring successful onboarding of new schools, fostering strong relationships with school leaders, and supporting the implementation of LEAD's solutions to maximize student learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the expansion of the LEAD IIT - JEE/NEET Test Prep by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with LEAD's mission. - Act as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics. - Support school growth through parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts. - Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with LEAD's goals, ensuring a smooth transition to the Key Account team. - Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders. Qualification Required: - 8-10 years of experience in new client acquisition with 2-4 years in team leadership roles. - Significant experience in pan-India sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high-quality sales engagement is required. - Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals. - Willingness to travel across the given Territory/Zone. As an Ideal candidate for this role, you should have 8-10 years of experience in new client acquisition with at least 2-4 years in team leadership roles. Your experience should include significant exposure to pan-India sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high-quality sales engagement. You should excel in skills such as new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals. Additionally, you should be ready to travel across the given Territory/Zone to fulfill your responsibilities effectively.,
