Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the refund requests data received from the customer service team.
Verify and ensure accuracy and completeness of refund details before initiating refunds via Shopify, Clickpost, Gokwik, and COD platforms.
Communicate promptly with the customer success team regarding any unprocessed refunds, providing clear reasons.
Ensure all refunds are processed within defined daily timelines.
Assist in the reconciliation and reporting of refund activities on a weekly basis.
Prepare credit notes for processed refunds and map them accurately with corresponding bank entries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Maintain high attention to detail to prevent errors and support audit/compliance requirements.
