Reference Data Services Analyst (Capital Market, Corporate Action) - Officer

As a Reference Data Services Analyst 1 at Citigroup, you will be a trainee professional expected to have a good understanding of processes, procedures, and systems necessary for your tasks. Your role will involve implementing solutions based on trend analysis and root cause identification, remediation of data in Clients and Security Coding systems, liaising with global teams for data quality, providing high-level customer service, owning projects from start to finish, and presenting metrics to Management. You will play a limited but direct role in impacting the business through the quality of services provided.
