Role overview:
We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy Reels & Shorts Video Editor to craft short-form, high-impact videos that grab attention and drive engagement across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 3 months of practical editing experience in short-form content (freelance, internship, or agency)
• Must have completed a course in video editing, content creation, or short-form storytelling
• Proficient in editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
• Strong grasp of trending styles, pacing, text overlays, and audio syncing
• Familiar with different formats: 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit engaging, scroll-stopping Reels and Shorts for social media campaigns and promotions
• Add subtitles, trendy transitions, music, emojis, and fast-paced effects
• Optimize content for platform-specific guidelines and algorithm preferences
• Work closely with creative and marketing teams to align with campaign goals
• Keep up with current editing trends and viral content formats
