Ltd. www.sohumlinen.com About the Role We are a leading hotel supply company looking for a creative and driven Reels Manager to create engaging short-form video content (primarily Instagram/Facebook Reels) to showcase our brand, products, and behind-the-scenes operations. Your content will play a key role in building our online presence and attracting hotel clients across India. Key Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit compelling reels and short videos for social media Highlight products, client testimonials, team culture, and hotel visits creatively Stay up-to-date with Instagram/Facebook trends and adapt strategies accordingly Coordinate with the sales and design teams for promotional content Manage reel performance and make data-driven improvements Occasionally assist in content creation during client visits or exhibitions Must-Have Requirements Permanent resident of Siliguri (or living here for at least 3 years) Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual storytelling Experience with short-form video apps like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Fluent in Hindi or English Good communication skills and the ability to work independently Loyal, honest, and passionate about long-term career growth No history of malpractice or unprofessional conduct Can handle deadlines and fast-paced work environment Who Should Apply We’re looking for smart, passionate, and hardworking individuals who love creating reels and want to grow their career in digital content.
