We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our manufacturing plant. The role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of all machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime, managing budgets, and leading a skilled maintenance team while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the maintenance plan and budget in alignment with business objectives. Ensure maximum machine availability and zero production downtime through preventive maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. Manage power supply and utility services for the plant. Monitor and control maintenance expenses, ensuring cost optimization. Oversee compliance with ISO certifications, HSE regulations, and maintain a safe work environment. Lead and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring high performance. Handle both mechanical and electrical maintenance activities. Operate and maintain specialized equipment including N2/Ammonia crackers, induction furnaces (3T), electric arc furnaces, and Inductotherm furnaces. Maintain and repair machinery such as rotary dryers, reduction furnaces, hammer mills, double cone blenders, LPG systems, 1200KV UPS, LPM high-pressure pumps, and triple plunger pumps.
