Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Red Teaming Prompt Writer to join our team in the Medical Services/Hospital industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective red teaming strategies to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
  • Create comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cultural awareness into training programs.
  • Design and deliver training sessions on cultural sensitivity and awareness.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars to promote cultural understanding.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of medical services and hospital operations.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with cultural awareness and diversity initiatives.
