The primary responsibility is to oversee and manage all CCTV systems in a control room setting. To ensure an effective, helpful and courteous service is provided whilst maintaining a high level of surveillance through the provision of a 24-hour monitoring service from the Central Control Centre. The Central Control Centre is also responsible for providing an out-of-hours call answering service and arranging any necessary work. The control room will operate on a 12-hour shift pattern covering 24 hours, 7 days per week.

Selling the merchandise in their section to the customer gauging their requirements, interests and tastes and focus on Cross selling and Up selling. Merchandise display and arrangement size wise, brand wise style wise etc as per the instructions of the SM and as per predefined planogram. Guiding of customer of the products in the other sections/departments in the store duly walking along with customer by pushing the trolley or basket or handling their kids Solving customers’ problems and highlighting the same to the SM if they are unable to resolve the issue completely. Communicating with the SM about fast moving, slow moving and non-moving items in their section. Checking on soiled & damaged merchandise and intimating the same to their SMs for appropriate action by them. Checking with warehouse as to what stocks have come in and getting it on the floor with the help of store incharge. Short/excess from warehouse to be escalated to the concern through store incharge.
