Job Description

The primary responsibility is to oversee and manage all CCTV systems in a control room setting. To ensure an effective, helpful and courteous service is provided whilst maintaining a high level of surveillance through the provision of a 24-hour monitoring service from the Central Control Centre. The Central Control Centre is also responsible for providing an out-of-hours call answering service and arranging any necessary work. The control room will operate on a 12-hour shift pattern covering 24 hours, 7 days per week.
