Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering

§ Understand clients' hiring needs and job requirements.

§ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

§ Provide advice on recruitment strategies and market trends.

• Sourcing & Screening

§ Utilize various platforms such as job portals, social media, and internal databases to source candidates.

§ Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

§ Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• End-to-End Recruitment Process

§ Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates.

§ Provide feedback to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

§ Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.

• Reporting & Documentation

§ Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and recruitment activities.

§ Prepare and share recruitment progress reports with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

§ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

§ Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

§ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

§ Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.

§ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

§ Experience in niche or senior-level hiring.

§ Familiarity with industry-specific recruitment trends.

Pay: ₹10,929.10 - ₹25,000.00 per month
