Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end IT recruitment

  for various client requirements.
• Understand hiring needs and work closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through

  Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and passive sourcing techniques

  .
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Handle offer negotiations and drive offer-to-joining conversions.
• Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Ensure timely closures while meeting client expectations and recruitment SLAs.
• Establish strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in

  IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

  .
• Experience hiring for IT roles such as Software Developers, Full Stack Engineers, QA/Test Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Business Analysts, and related technical positions.
• Hands-on experience using

  Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms

  .
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and candidate engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
