We’re Hiring | Sr. Recruitment Specialist
R2R Consults is looking for enthusiastic recruitment professionals to join our team!
Location: Vidyavihar East, Mumbai
Experience: 6 months – 4 years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
(Alternate Saturdays off and remaining Saturdays WFH)
Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and social media.
* Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
* Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS.
* Drive timely closures for assigned positions.
* Coordinate with selected candidates for joining and onboarding.
