Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bima Sakhi recruiter at LIC. The primary location is Jawali, but some work-from-home flexibility is acceptable. The Bima Sakhi recruiter will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and training new employees. The role also involves effective communication and employing recruiting strategies to meet LIC's staffing needs.

- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is beneficial
