Job Description

This role is for one of Weekday's clients located in Bengaluru. We are seeking a hands-on and driven individual to collaborate closely with leadership in the development of a high-performing team and fostering an environment conducive to growth. The position primarily involves recruitment (70%) and HR operations (30%) responsibilities. You will be accountable for the challenges you undertake and will significantly contribute to shaping the talent landscape of the organization. In this role, you will need to design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles and functions. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, while working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions. Analyzing recruitment data to enhance processes, reduce time-to-hire, and improve the quality of hires will be crucial. Building and nurturing a robust candidate pipeline to fulfill current and future hiring needs will also be part of your role. Additionally, leading employer branding initiatives in collaboration with marketing and HR to attract suitable talent and ensuring that recruitment practices comply with internal policies, labor laws, and ethical standards are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruiter role. Proficiency in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment technologies is essential. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills are required, along with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hiring across diverse functions and seniority levels is preferred. The role demands a commitment of 50-60 hours per week, working 6 days a week. While strategic thinking is valued, hands-on execution is paramount for success.
