About the Role

The Delivery Consultant plays a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between candidates, clients, and internal teams. The role involves crafting compelling executive summaries, managing client interview scheduling, and ensuring timely candidate submissions across recruitment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, factual, and engaging client-facing executive summaries
• Coordinate with UK-based clients for interview scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Manage candidate communication - reminders, availability checks, and preparation calls
• Share and monitor assessments; handle access issues and reminders
• Review assessment results, proctoring reports, and move qualified candidates to the next stages
• Maintain ATS hygiene by updating candidate stages, tags, and archiving closed profiles
• Support candidate submissions by ensuring accurate and client-ready candidate documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams/ clients to track interview outcomes and maintain real-time status updates
  

Key Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to write compelling summaries and present candidates effectively
• Familiarity with tools like ATS, ChatGPT and Google Workspace
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or delivery operations
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and AI tools
• Exposure to tech recruitment
• Exposure to client-facing roles is an advantage
• Certification in AI tools is a plus
