Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and retail roles
* Build strong talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels
* Coordinate with hiring managers & ensure smooth interview process
* Maintain candidate database and deliver a seamless candidate experience
Requirements:
* Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
* 3 to 6 years of experience in recruitment (retail hiring experience a must)
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Passion for fashion and understanding of luxury/premium retail hiring
