Job Title: Recruiter Location: Lakshmi mills, Coimbatore. Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Understand hiring needs and job specifications from department heads. Write and post job descriptions on various platforms. Source candidates using job portals, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone screenings. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics. Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated with current recruiting trends and best practices. Requirements: Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Skills: Experience in recruiting for [Industry-specific roles, e.g., real estate, IT, BPO, etc.]. Understanding of employment laws and hiring standards.
