As a Recruitment Consultant for Staffington Consulting, located in Noida, your role will involve sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent for both IT and Non-IT roles in alignment with the company's requirements. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job specifications, and qualifications, thereby shaping effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates for further evaluation, and verifying references. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA degree - BBA/BCA/BSc qualification - Fluency in Arabic for effective communication - 2 to 5 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment within the MENA region - Proficiency in various sourcing techniques, tools, and an in-depth understanding of the staffing process - Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation - Ability to cultivate robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Upholding high levels of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical standards to uphold the employer's brand and safeguard candidate privacy - Strong interpersonal and analytical capabilities to engage with a diverse range of individuals - Capacity to manage multiple positions efficiently in a dynamic technology-driven setting - Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, social media platforms, and search engines for candidate acquisition and retention - Demonstrated resilience under pressure, adept problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations, and a flexible approach to challenges - Previous recruitment experience in Healthcare, Data and AI, Information Technology, and Sustainability will be advantageous.
