Key Responsibilities 1. Identifying and attracting top talent for open positions 2. Sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking) 3. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews 4. Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders 5. Building relationships with candidates and hiring managers 6. Negotiating job offers and salaries Skills and Qualifications 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 2. Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes 3. Knowledge of recruitment software and tools (ATS, CRM, etc.) 4. Analytical and problem-solving skills 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Goals and Objectives 1.
