Recruiter – AI/ML & Biostatistics Hiring

About the Role

We are looking for two skilled Recruiters to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team based in Bangalore. The selected candidates will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent for our growing teams in the AI/ML and Biostatistics domains.

This role is ideal for proactive recruiters with a passion for innovation, a strong understanding of technical or life sciences hiring, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Position Details

1️ Recruiter – AI/ML Hiring

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Data Science positions.
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets such as Python, NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI tools.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create strategic sourcing plans.

2️ Recruiter – Biostatistics Hiring

• Responsible for hiring Biostatisticians, SAS Programmers, Clinical Data Analysts, and related profiles.
• Understanding of clinical trials, pharma/biotech, or life sciences recruitment preferred.
• Ability to manage niche hiring and engage candidates from competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Utilize job portals, professional networks, social media, and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical and domain fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring priorities.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using ATS or Excel tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and emerging skill requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in hiring for either AI/ML or Biostatistics roles is mandatory (depending on the position applied for).
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and GitHub.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences domain will be a strong plus.

Work Model

• Location: Bangalore Office
• Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days in office per week)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
