Job Description

Achieve monthly/quarterly recovery targets as assigned.
Ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
Maximize recovery from delinquent borrowers (soft & hard collections).
Regularly contact defaulters through calls, visits, and written communication.
Negotiate and convince borrowers for repayment/resettlement.
Maintain professionalism while handling difficult customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
