We're Hiring for "Reconciliation Executive - Operations"

Preferred Industry : Banking, Payments, NBFC, UPI, Charge bank

Only Males
Qualification : B Com / BBA / B Tech (Regular)
Experience : 3 years & above (Banking, Telecom or NBFC)
Package : 3.0LPA - 6.0LPA
Location : Hyderabad office (Near Paradise X Roads, S P Road)
Day Shift , 6 days Working

Job Responsibilities:

* Daily operations, service delivery and client support

* Preparing MIS reports

* Internal/External coordination for operational escalations

* Handling client/customer queries – both email and telephonic

* Dealing with mid-senior management at client side

Job Qualities:

* Must be proficient in *Excel and txt* for data management and reconciliation

Data preparation, Error checking and Data cleaning

Reports, Presentations, Analysis

* Experience in backend operations which involves direct coordination with clients

* Customer Support and Escalation Management

* Experience in Banking, Telecom or NBFC

* Good interpersonal skills to deal with low–mid level executives at client side

* Good communication in English and Telugu

* Should be a team player, meticulous and hardworking

Desirable Experience:

* Coordination for product improvements, technical integration

* Preparing process notes / implementing process

* Advanced skills for Data Analysis, Reports, Presentations, MS Word, MS Outlook

* Directly handling customer for escalations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
