Reconciliation Executive Job

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing 2. Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collections 3. Perform daily reconciliation of payments received with issued invoices 4. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes promptly 5. Follow up with customers on outstanding payments to ensure timely resolution 6. Prepare aging reports and support month-end closing activities 7. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and enhance processes 8. Maintain accurate records of transactions and update customer accounts as needed 9. Analyze data and prepare reports using Excel and financial software Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred) 2. 1 to 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation 3. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and financial software 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively 6.
