Reconciliation Analyst (Syndicated Bank Loans)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for reconciling internal and external data, which includes investment positions, cash, and transactions. Additionally, you will conduct data integrity analysis, ensuring the accuracy of various data points within the Investment Book of Record (IBOR). Your role will also involve transactions processing, deletion, or modification as necessary to maintain the integrity of transactions and positions within the IBOR. Communication with both internal and external parties, such as Investment Operations, Investment reporting, brokers, custody banks, and vendors, will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Reconciliation of internal and external data related to investment positions, cash, and transactions - Conduct data integrity analysis on security master data points within the IBOR - Process, delete, or modify transactions to ensure accuracy within the IBOR - Communicate with internal parties like Investment Operations and external parties like brokers and vendors Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus) - 5-10 years of experience in investment operations or a related field - Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based asset management firm is required Additional Details: N/A,
