We are looking for a Creative Copywriter who can think beyond clichés, develop compelling narratives, and translate briefs into big ideas. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, a storyteller, and a wordsmith who can bring brands to life — especially in the agri and B2B space — through impactful campaign ideas, taglines, scripts, and content across offline and digital platform. Key Responsibilities · Ideate and conceptualize unique campaign ideas, themes, and storytelling frameworks for agriculture-focused B2B clients. · Develop creative copy for BTL activations including stall branding, brochures, flyers, hoardings, product demo scripts, rural events, and exhibitions. · Write compelling taglines, slogans, scripts, and content for both rural and urban audiences. · Collaborate closely with the design, strategy, and client servicing teams to shape cohesive campaigns. · Interpret client briefs with an insightful and strategic lens, proposing out-of-the-box ideas aligned with brand tone. · Create engaging, audience-centric copy for ATL, BTL, and digital platforms. · Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across campaigns. · Work on storytelling for case studies, success stories, and concept notes. Skills & Requirements · Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Literature, or related fields. · 2+ years of copywriting experience in an ad agency or BTL creative environment. · Proven experience in agriculture or rural communication projects is a major plus. · Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, especially for B2B or rural brands. · Command over Hindi and English (knowing local dialects is a bonus). · Strong research skills and the ability to simplify technical/agri content into human stories. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in creative roles, preferably within advertising, digital marketing, or branding agencies. Strong background in copywriting, art direction, or design with a proven ability to oversee multi-channel campaigns. A portfolio showcasing high-impact creative campaigns across a variety of media (print, digital, video, and events). Experience leading creative teams and mentoring junior talent. Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign development. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in design and production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Knowledge of rural marketing, agrichemical campaigns, or event-based promotions is a plus .
