Job Description

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and proactive individual to manage front desk operations while also handling basic PR and social media activities. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and creative digital work. Key Responsibilities: -Greet visitors and manage calls, emails, and appointments. -Maintain the reception area and handle admin tasks. -Create and post engaging content on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). -Respond to comments/messages and manage online engagement. -Assist with basic PR tasks like writing posts, newsletters, or event updates. -Monitor social media trends and prepare monthly performance reports. Requirements: -Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content tools (e.g., Canva). -Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented. -Experience in admin or customer service is a plus.
