Role Description This is a full-time work from store Receptionist/Sales Executive role at Carvve located in Karol Bagh , New Delhi, The role involves handling receptionist duties such as phone etiquette, clerical tasks, communication with customers, and providing excellent customer service while also engaging in sales activities to promote Carvve’s products. Qualifications Answering telephone and handling calls and inquiries professionally Greeting visitors and ensuring the highest level of care to clients Maintaining the appearance of the reception area and meeting rooms Co-ordination/booking of meeting rooms Maintaining incoming/outgoing postal logs Managing outgoing courier service Maintaining cheque collection log Provide assistance to the marketing team with arrangements for external conferences and meetings Provide assistance to the marketing team with arrangements for social/client events Recording and distributing messages to staff Dealing with enquiries over the telephone and in person Show more Show less
