Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception/front desk activities and welcome visitors.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate with clients and explain the company’s business plans and services.
  • Assist clients by answering basic questions and providing information.
  • Schedule meetings and manage appointments.
  • Maintain visitor records and basic office documentation.
  • Support the sales or business team in client coordination.
  • Travel to client locations, meetings, or company events when required.

Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain business plans clearly and confidently.
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp).
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.

Qualification

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
  • Experience as a receptionist or client handling role preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
