Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, mail).
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
• Provide basic and accurate information to clients and visitors.
• Coordinate with other departments for administrative support.
• Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
