Receptionist/Administrator

As a Fresher, you will be responsible for conducting thorough testing of products, software, or systems to identify defects, bugs, and areas for improvement. Your role will involve analyzing data, processes, and systems to pinpoint trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for optimization. You will be expected to develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. In addition, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products or services meet quality standards and customer expectations by identifying and documenting quality issues, defects, and deviations from standards. Collaboration with development teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions will also be a part of your responsibilities. The job offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be in a day shift from Monday to Friday, with a morning shift. There is also a requirement for weekend availability, either on weekends only. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role. The work location for this position is in person.,
