Job Description:
We are looking for a smart and responsible Receptionist with basic Accounting knowledge to manage front office operations and assist in daily accounts-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain visitor logs and front office records
Support the accounts department with billing, invoicing, and data entry
Coordinate with internal departments for day-to-day operations
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in reception or office administration
Basic knowledge of accounting or Tally preferred
Good communication and computer skills (MS Office)
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
