Job Description

The job involves complete front office management, including greeting, communicating with, and welcoming visitors, ensuring that the front desk is clean and tidy, answering all customer questions, addressing complaints, and handling any other tasks assigned by the department head. Strong communication skills are required for making phone calls, sending emails, and interacting with clients. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, energetic, and comfortable with client interaction. Responsibilities also include transferring calls as necessary, monitoring and maintaining office equipment, making estimates of orders, and forwarding them to managers and clients. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and provident fund. The working schedule is during the day shift, with a yearly bonus provided.
